Every Parish Can Be On Dynamic Mission to Youth
Accompanying Others is the Way
The Ablaze Connect 5 Step Success Path
These 5 Steps have already helped over a dozen parishes succeed in the past year alone! Our coaching isn’t canned. It is a personal, proven, parish-centered process that transforms your vision into action.
Step One
Build a Vision. Bring the key stakeholders together, define the why behind your mission to youth, and share it with the entire community.
Step Two
Build a Team. Recruit volunteers through a recruitment drive and identify the right person to lead the team.
Step Three
Connect. This is where you start showing up for youth consistently with a weekly rhythm of accompaniment from a trained team of disciples.
Step Four
Build a Youth Program. Expand your reach beyond the weekly gatherings with events that spark transformation: retreats, missions, fundraisers, service, and more!
Step Five
Build Disciples. Identify the youth ready to go deeper in their faith and foster lifelong missionary disciples while continuing the outreach formation from Step 3.
