Education:

  • B.A. Religious Studies from the University of the Incarnate Word
  • M.A. Theology & Christian Ministry from Franciscan University

Ministry Background:After a powerful encounter with Jesus in adoration at a Steubenville youth conference, I fully directed my life towards where I thought God was calling me. In college, I served as a peer minister in campus ministry. After being challenged in my faith by Protestant friends, I dove into Catholic apologetics and ended up switching my major to religious studies. To further my knowledge and growth, I got a Masters in Theology at Franciscan University. There, I served on various leadership teams such as mission trips and the team that led the monthly and weekly praise and worship.

Passions and Interests: I follow figure skating like some people follow football. I also love to read and spend time outside.

How did you become involved with Ablaze/why are you involved? My sister was one of the founding members of Ablaze and introduced me to the team the summer after I graduated. I became Ablaze Ministries’ first missionary, running young adult ministry, volunteer ministry, running Theological Formation, and serving as Campus Minister at St. Joseph school, as well as running various small groups in the area. After my first daughter was born, I took a step back from full time ministry in order to fully be present to my family. I’m now the team visionary for Ablaze Families.
