Ministry Background:
I have had a lot of experience watching my father conduct missionary work for several years during my childhood and the impact that brought on those around us. It was truly transformative and enlightening to get a firm grasp of what it means to do proper ministry work. During my upbringing I also volunteered by teaching Confirmation classes and helping the vulnerable in nursing homes and other settings. Throughout my young adult life so far I have really come to understand how helping others really does affect them and how I can strive everyday to be the best example of what someone who allows God to work through him would look like.
Passions and Interests:
I absolutely love just talking with people and getting to forge life lasting connections. Really if anyone wants to talk to me I’ll always reciprocate. I also really enjoy playing my guitar, learning new things, playing video games here and there, and catching up on the world and what’s going on around it.
How did you become involved with Ablaze/why are you involved?
Helping others and making their lives better is such a rewarding experience for them and for me, it helps us hopefully understand more why not everything is sunshine and rainbows. It allows us to comprehend the good that can come out of suboptimal situations. When I saw that we would have the chance to assist those who need help, I realized how fulfilling and vocational of an opportunity was right in front of me, and I am here today.
