Ablaze Missions is dedicated to transforming the Church through its mission to youth and striving to reignite a zeal for discipleship and intentional accompaniment within parishes and communities.
“But how can they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how can they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone to preach? And how can people preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring [the] good news!” Romans 10:14-15
Missionaries work as a team to radically serve the parish and boldly do outreach to youth in the community—all for the sake of helping young people grow as disciples of Jesus in His Church.

Ablaze Missionaries participate in on-going spiritual formation, seeking to remain close to the Father through prayer, the sacraments, weekly staff prayer, Daily Mass, leadership instruction, book studies, and professional youth ministry conferences.

Every Ablaze Missionary is loved, cared for, trained, mentored and challenged to be a better Catholic and disciple. Ablaze provides a Holy community to serve alongside, ongoing formation and financial stability.
At Ablaze, we seek to follow that example by sending out multiple missionaries to serve together, carrying out ministry, and mobilizing parishes and communities to accompany young people in their faith
Each team will be led by a Mission Multiplier, who will empower missionaries to “Go Forth” in the parish and community, proclaiming the Gospel and inviting youth into a deeper relationship with Christ.

You might be the first to share Jesus with a youth for the first time. You might see kids go to confession for the first time in years. You’ll be on the front lines of bringing youth to Christ.
You can’t do it alone. We equip you with the knowledge and support to bring donors into mission with you. The next generation of youth depend on it.
Sharing Christ with young people is our primary goal, so you’ll be hosting youth events, planning retreats, and sharing the Gospel like never before.
Sometimes you’re just hanging out with youth talking about Star Wars and video games. So much of this is simply loving people where they are.
You don’t have to be an Olympic Medalist Harvard Graduate, but we do have some requirements.
